Co-organized by CCCC, Charlotte business delegation led by Mayor Roberts visited four cities in China. Their first stop is Bao Ding, where they visited YingLi Group, Great Wall Motor, BaoDing ZhongGunCun Innovation Center and TBEA Co., Ltd. They received warm welcome from Baoding Mayor Mr. Guo and all the related departments and personnel. Charlotte is the second largest financial center in US; it is the headquarters of Duke Energy, the largest electric power utility company in the United States. Charlotte is also one of the first cities to legislate renewable energy. There are great potentials for cooperation and development in renewable energy, smart grid and financial support between two cities.
